My husband and I were searching for a Dodge Ram 1500 crew cab in either a 17 or 18 model. My husband called and was promised a certain price over the phone and then we drove over an hour down there and they wouldn’t honor what we were told. We were lied to! And they acted like we were lying about what we were told over the phone. We are honest people and did not lie about what we were told. We will never consider doing business with them again! I highly do not recommend!
Not a great experience here. Bought a ‘15 Ram 1500, was told i could keep my tag off my trade in and a week later was sent a weighted tag in the mail and fined a $100 for not turning in my tag off my trade in. Called and told them they said they would look into it but the fine should go away if I turned in paper that I traded in my vehicle the tag was on. Seems really dishonest to sell someone a car with a shot battery in it. After only a month of ownership, the car has had to be jumped TWICE and when AAA looked at it they said the battery was trash. Thanks for selling a car with a barely working battery in it Thomas! Edit: after waiting for the license plate for months we learn that the tax forms that were turned in never got sent to the title office!!!! So now we have to deal with getting a tag on our own and send in a copy of the registration for a refund. Wow!!
I can’t speak for sales, but SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! In the last 60 days I’ve spent nearly $3000 on repairs, both times I dropped my car off I left with a worse problem. The first time it was oh when we put the new filter it had more air going through which is why the transmission isn’t getting enough pressure. Ok so I bring it back, i picked my car up Monday. Tuesday the check engine light came back on, I dropped it back off to them Friday to be told after a 5 hour wait I need a new transmission. Now how on earth did I go from... read more
I have had the WORST experiences with this dealership. Will be filing Customer Satisfaction Survey and complaints with State Attorney General and Better Business Bureau and encouraging anyone else that has been treated unfairly to do the same.
Made an appointment to see a specific car. They supposedly sold it the night before, and didn't notify us before we came to the appointment. Then tried to sell us pathetic looking vehicles. It was the biggest waste of mine and my daughter's time. Needless to say, gonna buy her a car from somewhere else. Blowing smoke up my *ss doesn't work on me.
