$400+ dollars for the recommended 30K mile service even with an oil change is insane. Also you have to schedule weeks in advance again NOT CONVENIENT AT ALL. The 30k service is simple fluid checks and filter checks it shouldn’t cost that much. Subaru of America certainly doesn’t include these insane dealer costs in their cost of ownership which makes it a lie of omission. Service department are scamming crooks preying on women because they think were stupid.
Service here is laughable. I pity the men who work here.
Tried everything I could to get a car I was interested in. Literally visited the place twice on two different days and spoke to more than one employee. Everyone we spoke to lacked customer service and didn’t seem interested in helping. When it came to pricing they refused to help get me where I needed my payments to be and said they were getting it as low as they’ll go. Less than 48 hours later they lower the price online. Not very good service took my Subaru there thinking the dealership would get it fixed wanted to put original parts on so they’re would be no problems “WRONG “ still had oil leak when I got home. Ask to put it on rack to have mechanic show me what he done since I spent over $5000 for Repair seems everybody was out to lunch. On way back to Subaru to tell them it was still leaking oil all dashboard lights came on and was jumping out of gear never done that when I took it there. EXTREMELY and I mean EXTREMELY racist!!!!! I watched a worker physically push a black employee today and cuss him only to call the police on the young black worker that remained calmed the entire time. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. They should be ashamed of theirselves. DO BETTER SUBARU!!!! I hope this young man gets a lawyer for discrimination.
