Not very good service took my Subaru there thinking the dealership would get it fixed wanted to put original parts on so they’re would be no problems “WRONG “ still had oil leak when I got home. Ask to put it on rack to have mechanic show me what he done since I spent over $5000 for Repair seems everybody was out to lunch. On way back to Subaru to tell them it was still leaking oil all dashboard lights came on and was jumping out of gear never done that when I took it there. EXTREMELY and I mean EXTREMELY racist!!!!! I watched a worker physically push a black employee today and cuss him only to call the police on the young black worker that remained calmed the entire time. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. They should be ashamed of theirselves. DO BETTER SUBARU!!!! I hope this young man gets a lawyer for discrimination.
Service department is awesome! Sales not so much...sales person we dealt with was friendly and helpful....but the dealership was not willing to work with us very much on price...unfortunately we have had to go out of town to purchase a new car...sad when a person can't deal with their local dealer and keep their business local.
Service department is awesome to deal with on one of our current vehicles.....however we had no luck trying to make a deal on a new Outback at Friendship...off to Bluefield and/or Charleston to see what they can do for us.

I wouldn't let any of them work on your vehicle. They claimed they put a new radio in my 21 Subaru Crosstrek and come to find out they installed a 2019 radio in my car and never updated it. The car was never fixed properly I had to take it to another dealership to find out they installed an old radio and never updated it. I wasted a lot of time and money on gas because I live over an hour away and their excuse is well the other dealership fixed it so why are you complaining. RecommendedThey do not service what they sell. I called today about a service and was told it would be a week and a half to get in. I asked about the express service and was told, “we offer it, but we can’t get you in”
