EXTREMELY and I mean EXTREMELY racist!!!!! I watched a worker physically push a black employee today and cuss him only to call the police on the young black worker that remained calmed the entire time. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. They should be ashamed of theirselves. DO BETTER SUBARU!!!! I hope this young man gets a lawyer for discrimination.
Service department is awesome! Sales not so much...sales person we dealt with was friendly and helpful....but the dealership was not willing to work with us very much on price...unfortunately we have had to go out of town to purchase a new car...sad when a person can't deal with their local dealer and keep their business local.
Service department is awesome to deal with on one of our current vehicles.....however we had no luck trying to make a deal on a new Outback at Friendship...off to Bluefield and/or Charleston to see what they can do for us.

I wouldn't let any of them work on your vehicle. They claimed they put a new radio in my 21 Subaru Crosstrek and come to find out they installed a 2019 radio in my car and never updated it. The car was never fixed properly I had to take it to another dealership to find out they installed an old radio and never updated it. I wasted a lot of time and money on gas because I live over an hour away and their excuse is well the other dealership fixed it so why are you complaining. My elderly parents bought a new Subaru at Hometown Saunaro in Beckley. They are in their 80's and they only have the one car. The car has very few miles and is under warranty when the engine lights came on and most electronic functions stopped working. The dealership says the car needs a thermostat valve and have ordered one. It has been a couple of months now and still no part. Well, I took my car in for an inspection and of course SOMETHING needed to be repaired before they would pass it. First, I went in knowing I had a low beam bulb out on the drivers side and bought the replacements myself. I asked what they would charge to put the new ones in and was told 40.00. 40.00 an hour labor for bulbs? Well, whatever- I was there so I told them to go ahead.
