My elderly parents bought a new Subaru at Hometown Saunaro in Beckley. They are in their 80's and they only have the one car. The car has very few miles and is under warranty when the engine lights came on and most electronic functions stopped working. Well, I took my car in for an inspection and of course SOMETHING needed to be repaired before they would pass it. First, I went in knowing I had a low beam bulb out on the drivers side and bought the replacements myself. I asked what they would charge to put the new ones in and was told 40.00. 40.00 an hour labor for bulbs? Well, whatever- I was there so I told them to go ahead. Hire better Service staff.
I have not had my vehicle a year and the transmission is slipping. It does not even have 100,000 miles on it yet. I am basically at a loss because I was told there is nothing they can do to help me unless I pay out of pocket myself. I will never deal with this place again. Also the lady in the service center was completely rude and mocked me.
I’m not pleased with their service department manager named Henry. I have been having oil consumption issues on my 2015 Subaru Legacy. I originally purchased the car from Beckley Auto Mall and they couldn’t determine the exact problem. I was told to go to Subaru which I did back in May to start the first test with Subaru.
