This app is absolutely worth having for anyone - rent or own. Thanks to Jesse D, we saved a ton of money on fixing the furnace on a holiday weekend. The app was easy to navigate, he was patient and professional, and walked me thru every step including helping me grab the correct tools out of my toolbox. He explained each step and didn't talk down to me while doing it. I immediately paid for the annual subscription - only 25 bucks!! Must have app!!!
