Connecting to technician was quick and easy The app has features which allows for the technician to see what you are seeing and talk to you better. in my case, the technician looked at the HVAC unit I got and was able to guide me to change default settings and my issue was resolved.

diagnosed the problem in about 5mins. Really helpful to have an expert on call. especially when I'm so far out that it usually takes 3 to 5 days and a $50-$75 service fee to get a technician physically present.

I've been fixing a lot of things around my house for 40 years. But some things have seemed too risky or difficult to fix myself even after consulting videos on YouTube. But my five year old dryer was making a lot of noise when I ran across an ad for Frontdoor and to decided to give it a try. And this experience has me completely hooked. It was fabulous! From start to finish the technician was knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging and we got the job done!
