Connecting to technician was quick and easy The app has features which allows for the technician to see what you are seeing and talk to you better. in my case, the technician looked at the HVAC unit I got and was able to guide me to change default settings and my issue was resolved.

diagnosed the problem in about 5mins. Really helpful to have an expert on call. especially when I'm so far out that it usually takes 3 to 5 days and a $50-$75 service fee to get a technician physically present.
