Not happy with this bank. Recently deposited a cashiers check, checked the account hours after the deposit and all looked ok. Noticed today that the account is majorly overdrafted, with no communications from the bank of why. Called today to see what happened and they were no help and said we would have to wait until the 8/2 for us to get money in our account including continuing to add overdraft fees to our account until then, and couldn't even reverse them until then even though it's available. Again not happy.
Worst website in the banking industry. In person and phone conversations work best.
Make my tax return (direct deposit) as FRAUD! Never have working ATMs. Simply put if you want your money stolen you bank with theses thieves.
I have had an account with East Idaho Credit Union for many years. I have deposited much larger amounts then the check I took to the bank on on July 11! My son and I went to the location on Woodruff on Saturday. I had a small refund check which was the result of overpayment. The teller and her supervisor did not even bother to look at my account! Unprecedented fraud service! Some how a local individual got my credit card information and decided to go on a little shopping spree. In less than an hour the fraud department called to confirm 5 or 6 transactions that could have been legitimate depending on the day, but weren't, and they immediately shut the card down before the charges got out of hand. I couldn't believe how quickly they responded to a very ugly situation. I know they have my best interests in mind, and because of that they have earned a customer for life.
