Worst Credit Union I've Dealt With I have accounts at several credit unions, and Frontier Credit Union is by far the worst experience I've had. First, it took six attempts to get my insurance information submitted correctly. By the third attempt, I even provided Frontier Credit Union with my insurance agent's contact information to ensure they received the information they requested. My wife banks with them, I left 3 years ago because I hated them. Overly convenient overdraft fees that we had to constantly contest. Now my wife has had 3 fraudulent charges on her account in less than 4 months. She is currently on her 4th debit card with them. They were great before they changed from EICU, but with Frontier, this is the worst I have seen since Washington Mutual.
