I want to thank Mildred Gilstrap for always being so helpful and speedy getting my loans done! She is great!
My wife banks with them, I left 3 years ago because I hated them. Overly convenient overdraft fees that we had to constantly contest. Now my wife has had 3 fraudulent charges on her account in less than 4 months. She is currently on her 4th debit card with them. They were great before they changed from EICU, but with Frontier, this is the worst I have seen since Washington Mutual.

When a bank is going to do an upgrade of their online system, it would be helpful in advance to know that this is occurring. No emails, no online notifications no phone notifications. Tried to access my account showed that it was updating the account for two days. Called the main number got stuck with some kid who laughed the entire time as we tried to set up the account again. My sister banks at this credit union. It is, by far, the worst credit union I've come across in my career as a fraud investigator and my personal banking. They apparently don't wish to comply with federal banking regulations. Pathetic excuse for a financial institution. Do not recommend.

Hi .My Husband has been a member of Eastern Idaho credit Union for 25 years ,Direct deposit ,Always had no problems always could get our over draft paying the 30.00 month fee .Always got their money back due to direct deposit. And now all of a sudden they say no .NO Really why and I feel like they are treating him rudely

Not happy with this bank. Recently deposited a cashiers check, checked the account hours after the deposit and all looked ok. Noticed today that the account is majorly overdrafted, with no communications from the bank of why. Called today to see what happened and they were no help and said we would have to wait until the 8/2 for us to get money in our account including continuing to add overdraft fees to our account until then, and couldn't even reverse them until then even though it's available. Again not happy.
