I have had an account with East Idaho Credit Union for many years. I have deposited much larger amounts then the check I took to the bank on on July 11! My son and I went to the location on Woodruff on Saturday. I had a small refund check which was the result of overpayment. The teller and her supervisor did not even bother to look at my account! I was told my small check was fraudulent, even though I had a letter with the banks name stating it was a refund check! I drove back and forth twice to my home to get proof I was... read more

Unprecedented fraud service! Some how a local individual got my credit card information and decided to go on a little shopping spree. In less than an hour the fraud department called to confirm 5 or 6 transactions that could have been legitimate depending on the day, but weren't, and they immediately shut the card down before the charges got out of hand. I couldn't believe how quickly they responded to a very ugly situation. I know they have my best interests in mind, and because of that they have earned a customer for life.
