Dr. Linvog performed surgery on my boy Bailey to remove two very large tumors and I want to thank him and the staff for their care and for making the surgery financially possible. Bailey is feeling great!! Super cute to see Bailey prance around with his big goofy smile like he was 6 years old again. :)
they wouldn't let me go back with my elderly cat. they refused to give an antibiotic shot for her upper respiratory infection. wanted $500 to sedate her to give her a shot. No! she might not wake up! they gave me pills. after more than 20 attempts to shove that stupid pill down her throat, numerous bites and scratches, I had to mash it up, mix it with water, and force it down her throat with a syringe! made an appt with her old vet, more than an hour and 20 minutes away, they let me back with her and gave her an antibiotic s... read more

I called in to schedule a surgery for my dog. Frontier had seen her and provided a quote. I was told that I would not receive a call back for 7-10 days. That seems incredibly slow. Go elsewhere.

RecommendedVets are good ! But customer service sucks ! Not Answering phones ! Will be on hold 30 minutes if you call when they open. They will hang up on if you let them know! I’m a Regular customer and I spend thousands of on my both dogs ! I was very Disappointed this morning!
Not good at answering phone calls ! You be on hold 45 mints if you call at soon as they open ! When you let them know how long you have been on hold they will hang the phone on you ! Been spending thousands of dollars bring my both dogs , Vets are really good! But not the service ! Very Disappointed!
