I am just warning people about this vet and their ethics!! We have taken our dog here as well as past pets & they are now so difficult to deal with. As soon as you have a problem, they will NOT help you out in any way. Terrible customer service which is sad because there are a couple doctors we really liked ☹️ Also watch out for their recheck fees.. they will charge you for the same issue no matter how many times you have to bring them in for the same issue! Just be aware!!

Vets are good but techs are very condescending and show little empathy

Business response:

Kim, we understand your frustration and will use this feedback to work hard to improve the service we provide our clients and their pets.

Have used this vet for years even with the increasing charges. One of our dogs had an FHO procedure here costing thousands of dollars and then lots of follow ups afterward - just to show the lengths we go for our pets since I know some wouldn’t have chosen this. I’ve now reached out to Frontier village twice with 2 separate emergencies and been turned away with the response that they “are closing in 45 minutes.” This time my dog was just stung an incredible amount of times by wasps. I was slapping them off his face and n... read more

Business response:

Kelsey, we are truly sorry to hear we were unable to see your pet as the doctor stated they were already at capacity and unable to see another emergency as we are not an emergency clinic. It is our goal to provide quality care to all of our patients and when we are unable to do this due to our capacity, it is in the best interest of the pet to have you go to an emergency clinic. If you have any other questions or concerns, please call 425-334-8585 and ask for the Hospital Manager. Thank you

Im very disappointed. I scheduled an appointment almost 2 months ago for all 3 of my pets. I get a call the day before confirming the appointment for only 1 of my pets. I then called them saying all 3 are supposed to be included in the visit. BUT because the vet clinic made a mistake I get punished, and they can't see all 3 of my pets like they were supposed too. When I made the appointment I confirmed that it was for all 3 animals, I even gave specification about each pet to the receptionist. Very upsetting. I won't be retu... read more

As a consequence of the Dr. Alisa Huckell's negligence and unethical behavior, my senior cat sustained a fracture in the course of his visit for a simple blood draw and rabies vaccination. Both Dr. Huckell and the staff denied that he had fractured his hind leg in the course of her exam. Such an injury, of course, would have been obvious to a veterinarian, and indeed a lay observer. Because of COVID-19 restrictions, I could not be present with my cat during the exam, so I only had her word and the word of the staff regarding... read more

Unless they have in fact changed hands. Which I truly hope including suggestions of recognitions from various levels of providers. DONT TAKE YOUR SERVICE THERE. I travel to another city to avoid them and being disabled makes it harder. If I’m having a bad Chemo day....they bring staff here for minor charge. Previously bringing in 3 little dogs (6) or less pounds. Abruptly on setting cancelled annual exams; HOWEVER THEY WOULD CLIP. NAILS ; $17. Times 3. Replied no. VET comes out to waiting room yelling I have a bad attitude... read more

Business response:

Dorothy, we understand how frustrating it can be when caring for our pets and not feeling supported. Since your last visit in 2017, we have made several changes in management. If you would like to discuss your visit further, please call the clinic and ask for the Hospital Manager. Thank you

We have taken our pets here for over 15 years, and I will never return. My poor healthy kitten went in for his final round of vaccines. Within two days his leg swelled and he had a fever. For 9 more days he was continuously treated as if it was a vaccine reaction...it wasn't. It was a bacterial infection in the leg he received his rabies vaccine in. By the time another clinic got antibiotics in him it was too late. Please do not be as trusting as me, get a second opinion!

Business response:

Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about this issue, Alyssa. We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry for your loss. Please call us at (425) 334-8585 and ask for our Managing Doctor. At this time we are already talking to the vaccine company as well as the emergency hospital to continue to make sure we know the full picture and address it accordingly. Thank you, Frontier Village Veterinary Clinic

My daughters cat is in renal failure now because back in April she had a bladder infection that they did not tell us about. Records show this and they did not give us antibiotics. We are now spending more money to save her which could have been prevented if we had had antibiotics in April
