I went to Frontline ER yesterday due to an excruciating pain in my lower abdomen. Felicia was at the desk and was very helpful and patient as I was trying to find my insurance card and ID. She also helped with the paperwork at the end and gave me payment options for the co pay which was awesome!! Once I found my ID and insurance card in my wallet, nurse Terry took me to the back and he was wonderful! (No wait at all!) He was careful and very informative on everything he was doing. Loved it. The front desk rep cody was very polite. The nurse Adrienne was very helpful and Dr tran was very nice and helpful. Super quick service also.

I was so amazed with the service here. Felicia at the front desk was very helpful and took very little time to get everything ready for me to get checked out even though I was a new patient. And the nurse Tomas and Dr.Tran were very helpful in fixing my issue that I had and also were very informative about what was going on and what I could do to avoid any further issue. Tomas referred me to this ED and I’m definitely glad he did! Unlike other EDs, this ED is super nice, clean, organized and non-intimidating. It’s also in a great location near white rock lake. It has adequate parking. Dr. Quintilla has great bedside member. Adrienne was my nurse and she did a great job building rapport. Jamie performed the flu and strep swabs with ease and made me laugh. Felicia welcomed us to the facility with a smile. I would definitely come back here and will recommend others as well!

Frontline ER was amazingly helpful! I came late at night with excruciating internal pain in my abdomen. My insurance company was closed by that time but Luzma told me she’d verify my coverage first thing in the morning and even with a high deductible they would be able to help me out with a discount. Dr. Quintanilla and Terry walked me through what exams they would perform and helped easy my pain. This was the best experience I've had in an emergency room. I got the sick the week before Christmas, and I decided after business hours that I needed to see a doctor. We chose Frontline ER based on the reviews, and it did not disappoint. We walked right in, filled out the papers with some help from Luzma, and were brought straight back to a room. I went to Frontline in December. The nurses, Adrienne and Terry, as well as Dr. Quintanilla, were wonderful. Best bed-side manner! They really help ease your worries and take excellent care of you. The tech, Antionette, is also very sweet-and funny. They all made a scary experience very tolerable and in the end all was well. This is by far the best ER or urgent care I have ever been to. HIGHLY recommend.

Over Christmas I had to visit the Frontline ER. It was an incredible visit. I was greeted promptly by Felicia who checked me in and answered my questions in a most friendly manner. I was then treated by Terry the Incredible Nurse and Dr. Tran. The attention that I received and the care that was provided was beyond anything that I expected.
