I am new to Dallas. I received great care at Frontline ER Dallas. Regina answered all my questions efficiently about my insurance. Tomas took great care of me and was very professional in the care he provided. Jaime the X-ray tech was friendly and patient with me. Dr. Tran was friendly and very informative. He explained my diagnosis well and his bedside manner was very professional. My whole experience was great - as well as an ER visit can be. I thank them all!!

Very lovely facility, i was concerned with my mothers blood pressure and the staff acted quickly & took her back. Dr. Tran was so informative and funny. I would just like to thank felicia, Tomas & Dr. Tran for being so kind to us. We weren't charged a cent for their services. This is definitely a caring ER!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love this facility when I stopped by it was very clean. Staff was very welcoming Felicia and Tomas were very informative and I am very excited to have them in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend this place!

Awesome facility and awesome service. I was fortunate enough to be helped by both Terry and Tomas and they are both awesome nurses and Dr. Neal is very helpful as well. Antoinette eased my pain by making me laugh. They will take care of you from arrival to discharge. Would rate more than 5 stars if I could.

Frontline ER is great, had such great service! Tomas, Candy and Dr. Q was able to get me all the help I needed! They took care of me and gave me the results I was looking for! Not only did they help me one time, but twice! Really appreciate their service �

Amazing service here. Came during night. I didn t have to wait, was checked in and examined very quickly. Dr Q and his staff took great care of me. Especially Nurse Candy, she was very helpful and understanding! I would definitely come back in case i need it !
