I cannot say enough great things about the team at Frontline ER. I called ahead and spoke with Felecia who was calm, helpful and professional while I was panicking and trying to decide between this facility or Urgent Care. When I arrived, there was no wait and they took me back almost immediately. Dr. Q and his staff Tomas and Jaime took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable and kept the communication open throughout my visit. Thank you again! These stand-alone ERs don't have a good reputation - but this one is different! I've been here twice and had amazing service. Today I went in because I thought my toddler had broken fingers. I was a hot mess - hysterical with 4 crying kids. They took such great care of me! Felicia at the front desk got us checked in so quickly. Antoinette took care of my older kids, giving them snacks, drinks and coloring books (they didn't want to leave once we were done)!. I had chest pains and went to Frontline ER Dallas. There is no comparison between Frontline and a hospital ER. Do not go to a hospital ER. There are ridiculously long wait times and it is very impersonal. Felicia (front desk), Terry (nurse) and Jaime (radiology tech) took great care of me! Thank you! Amy Preiss

I went in with a severe migraine and Dr. Quintanilla was very caring and kind. Ruby, Jamie and all the staff were very caring and did a great job. I would highly recommend Frontline ER if you have an emergency.

Great Facility and the staff Elena and Tomas were exceptional. Tomas had a great way of creating a calming and welcome environment under the stressful circumstance. Elena had the paperwork ready upon our arrival and Dr. Q explained every process in detail and Tomas reiterated what we were told. The Tech who performed the scan was also knowledgable and ensured we were informed. Thank you all for the care and medical treatment today. I am a Moma bear and my cub was in the best hands possible today.....

Britta, Tomas, Stephen and Dr. Q took good care of us today! Our son is not always an easy patient because of his ASD diagnosis but they were very patient and understanding of his special needs. Thanks Frontline Crew!

This facility is great! Regina shows warms friendliness. Jaime and Terry took awesome care of me! Very nice gentleman and attention to details. This is what patient care is all about! Thank you Dr Agarwal for your great care as well!

The people here are very friendly. Stephen was quick and friendly. Elena got me in right away with no rush for paper work. Adrienne was very helpful and careful when caring for me she is a great nurse. Dr. Quintanilla knew exactly what to do to make me me better. I would recommend this Er to anyone. My children will come here from now on for all their emergencies.
