I recently had a frustrating experience at this shop. I brought my car here so someone can identify the noise coming from the car and was told they’ll take it for a test drive. 3 hours later with ZERO updates I decided to ask them what the status was and got told to bring it back the following day. What should’ve taken less than 30 minutes ended up taking 3 hours… I gave them more than enough time to possibly find where the noise was coming from and update me! Very sad news because I loved coming here.
They get a 4 stars for finding the rattling problem that was coming from the brakes. They get a zero star for over inflating my tires, not once, but twice. I was just in for an oil change and I left with OVER INFLATED and UNEVEN AIR PRESSURE in EACH TIRE. The BALANCE WEIGHT on the passenger tire was also missing. I just had my tires rotated, balanced, and air pressure checked. My car was driving great. Then they messed around with the air pressure. When I left, the air pressure was 39, 35, 36, 35. When I moved to this area I worried about where I could take my car for service and repairs. I’m so glad that I have easy access to Fuller’s Service Center. Owen and the staff are super helpful and accommodating. They are trustworthy - they do great work and never upsell.
Got my car detailed from the inside with them. The wait was long so I had to leave the car there for few hours. However, the car came back looking great! Check out my before and after. The people working there are friendly. Se habla español. And if you Check Groupon they have good deals for some discount prices. 👌🏼👌🏼
Genuine people with honest diagnoses and better pricing than the dealer. I've been surprisingly happy to pay for expensive repairs when I use this team.
