Gutters wete cleaned, but they didn't do downspouts. <br />
They were here when they said they would be. The man who came to the house took extra time to explain everything he was doing. <br />
Everything went very smoothly. Several members of the Garcia Roofing team were in contact with me before, during, and after the job. The roof was replaced very fast and extremely professionally. All roofing accessories such as plumbing jacks, flashing, attic ventilation systems were replaced and painted to accent the single colors. Overall a very impressive job for such a short period of time that we had to work with. I would recommend Garcia to anyone in the Baton Rouge area that is looking at having roof work done. <br />
A little hard to get a hold of. Called sorts of number, had different parts to call. Hard to get in contact with.
I would diffinately recommend using this company, largely because great customer service provided by my sales rep Tim Rusk. Was very helpful from start to finish. He helped me thru the whole process and made sure it was done right. <br />
In the beginning, there was some difficulty in getting my phone calls returned to get my roof scheduled. One the schedule was set to come, my roof was done in a timely manner. The roofers did not show up the first and second days that were scheduled due to rain being in the forecast. Once they came, the old roof was removed and the new roof installed in one day. The roof looks great and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up.
