I contacted Lee who promptly came out and gave me a detailed estimate. They were in line with other estimates, but I was impressed with the profesionalism of Lee and the details he provided. <br /> I had an issue with a small portion of roofing that Lee came out and personally took care of. <br /> The crew showed up on the date agreed on at 7:00AM and worked until 4:30PM with a 1 hour break for lunch. The problem was a pretty severe leak through the ceiling in my bathroom. A guy from Garcia came out and spent about an hour and a half finding the problem in the roof. In order to do this he had to spend quite a bit of the time crawling around up in the hot attic looking for what was wrong. This turned out to be some rot in the wood roofing and damaged roof tile around a vent pipe. <br /> They all did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Satisfied with work. Came in on a Saturday and installed the roof in one day. Covered plants with tarps before staring. Yard was wet, but avoided damaging grass near house by putting down a path of old shingles to walk on. Good clean up when finished. No evidence of leaks, etc after 6 months. Quote matched best quotes I received, also matched insurance estimate. <br />

We were very happy with Garcia's roofing services. The staff at all levels was professional and explained everything and answered questions. The workers were likewise professional, caused the least interruption in daily activities. We will definitely use them in the future if we need roofing services. <br />

They were prompt, returned all phone call promptly, showed up at the appointed times. They were polite, courteous, clean and professional in all phases from estimate through to finished product. They cleaned the premises very well and collected all the nails etc. I am amazed and delighted at the thoroughness of their cleanup. This is the first time I have had my roof replaced without a flat tire resulting within the first few weeksafter the job was completed. <br />

They did a fine job, but it was a little bit expensive though. I am having no problems with it. There's no leak, and it's still up there. Actually, I was having problem with my chimney and I called them, but they never got back. But the chimney has nothing to do with the roof. Their workmanship was great, but I would never use them again. I think, I'd go to somebody else that's a little less expensive. They were much higher than anybody else in town.
