Service is good. The attic fan leaked after their job, and they responded immediately. <br />
Olman came out early and gave me a great quote, which was $2500 cheaper than another company. They came out within 2 weeks and did the job in a day with no problems. Very professional all the way around. Thanks. <br /> <br />
They said they would do the roofing work and the gutters, but wanted us to hire a separate contractor to repair the patio and the patio contractor wanted $10,000 to do the work. Even though they were very good at roofing work, they didn't have the skills to handle the whole project, so we hired another contractor who was able to handle the whole project for us.Otherwise, they were very thorough, truthful, and punctual.
Estimator was very informative and had samples with him in order to choose various optional colors and features. Job was installed quickly and on budget. Workers were very polite and site was cleaned up well after the work. Workmanship appears to be high quality <br />

The job went very smooth. Garcia Roofing is dependable, knowledgeable andreliable. They arrived on time, completed the job and cleaned up after. Marcy was wonderful in helping us pick out the materials for our roof as well as answering any questions we had in a timely manner. We had our firsthurricane this year and theroof did great! I can't say enough about this company; they are wonderful!!!!! Very trustworthy!!! <br />
