Best overall real estate Company along the South Carolina Coast!
GCR does a great job of overseeing their units and I would say that it would hard to find many that were any better kept. They work with there owners well to make sure people staying in the units have what they need for the stay. The pools and hot tubs are kept clean and working all the year. That is why we stay year after year with them and will continue in the future.
Best Vacation Rental and Sales company on the Grand Strand!
My family has been visiting Myrtle Beach and has used GCR for about 20 years now. We've only had one hiccup with a house we rented a couple years back and GCR was amazing with getting us a new house at no extra cost and helped save our vacation from being an unpleasant one. The house we moved to has become our new favorite spot to rent as a family! Thank you GCR for being a nice, reliable company to use for so many years!
We stayed in Quality Time on Oak in May. It was absolutely perfect!!!! The home was beautifully decorated and very clean! The pool was sparkling and perfect for out large group! The gentleman that came to clean the pool was very kind and helpful on the area. We were close to the beach, Garden City Pier and close to shops and restaurants. The only complaint that I have is that we had to leave this paradise and come back to Ohio. You all were over the top nice, prompt and we loved it and will return!!!
