Not sure if this complaint is for Garden City Realty or the owners of the townhouse we rented for the week.. We stayed at Gulfstream. Villas 2 yrs. ago and loved the location. Villa 112 was dated and definitely needed some improvements, but was adequate . We rented same Villa this year and nothing has been done since our last visit!!!! We did not sit on upper deck because it did not feel safe, could not lock the front door because it would not latched. Discovered this at 11:30 pm when a wind storm kept blowing door open. I live here locally and rented a condo for my mother. We checked in about an hour ago. Very clean, well decorated and the view is perfect.
