We have been renting from Gardnen City Realty for a few years. Always a great experience. We are headed down this weekend for our vacation. After our Hatteras vacation was cancelled due to unforseen circumstances. Garden City realty (kamra) was extremely helpful finding us something that worked with what we needed and fit what was left of our budget. The house was as described, clean, etc. And rental process very professional.
