RecommendedI have been living here a year and no issues from me so far.. maintenance has been quick and timely with work orders, just the other day I called for a pluming issue and I received help the SAME DAY ! In less than an hour ! He(Lance) was in and out in no time.. I couldnt believe it !
RecommendedWe help service these apartments HVAC. It’s nice to see the new owner/management company coming in and updating these apartments. Not only does it help the area, it’s helps the folks already living here. We are pleased to be a part of this process. You really should give this place a second look.

RecommendedI have lived here about 6 months and haven’t had any complaints. Staff is super friendly and communicate about updates and issues in a timely manner. The apartments are very specious and updated nicely. Parking is never an issue. It’s been a great experience so far.

RecommendedI've been here just a few months and my apartment is way bigger than I expected. The staff is really nice and I appreciate the help they provide. I really would like to thank Tiara. She has been nothing but kind, patient, sweet, caring, and just an all around lovely young lady. She makes living here nice. There are no perfect apartments but this one I find really nice and I can't see myself moving any time soon. Thank you Garden Pointe staff, God bless you all.

Ms. Kassie always takes care of my issues, Ms.Lisa looks out for me always and I love our new front receptionist Tiara gets my work orders put in immediately... And Rickey the maintenance guy he works all day by himself but he does his greatest to clean up others mistakes.. Never moving only moving if my dream house comes available.. RecommendedI really love my apartments and location. Great staff before even greater staff now getting things done that need to be done. Been here 4 years and continue to stay longer. Hope us old apartment leesees can get some of the new modern updates in our apartments too. That will really convince us to stay longer. Thank you!!!!!
UNPROFESSIONAL. have break ins. No where to park. Buildings are insecure the security doors don’t lock. Communication is terrible they never answer the phone. Maintenance requests gets fulfilled when THEY get ready. Just a mess
