My now husband and I have lived here for 2 years. We loved the floor plan when we toured and the space we have is really enjoyable. But that’s the only good thing about this place. When we moved in the pool was closed and promised to open but wasn’t and now it stays dirty. Noise levels aren’t enforced at all. worse place to rent! assholes kept deleting out maintenance requests marking them complete well the mold just kept spreading! have the outlets ever worked properly it was hit or miss. the washer floooded the apartment, kids had to go put and shut it off! they wouldn't! blocked our number ao we couldnt call anymore

Fucking disgusting.. there’s roaches everywhere and maintenance doesn’t respond and the front office is a JOKE ! Never answers the phone and have maintenance randomly walking into our apartment unannounced. Trying to break our lease sooner than later.

Literally every way. I reported my shower because if the hot water is used at all the temperature will fluctuate so violently that it will SCALD ME. They decided not to do anything about it after a maintenance tech came out. Pretty sure that qualifies as unlivable and is HORRIBLY illegal.
They never answer their phones and the apartments are falling apart. My apartment has mold in the walls and around the toilet floor. I tried to turn in my keys and they ignored my calls and my parents. They even walked away from my parents trying to give them the keys yesterday (April 30,2021). They finally turned in the keys to a maintenance staff at the back door of the office. They are the worst apt management I’ve ever dealt with! Please don’t move here. I have lived here over a year and renewed my lease against my better judgement. They will respond to a negative review posted online within a day, but won’t call back in response to my voicemails even after weeks have passed. Over the last year, the electricity and water to the whole building have been frequently shut off for maintenance without advance notification. I signed my lease on May 13th. Nothing but issues since the day I’ve moved! A couple of days after I signed my lease a new management company came in. I gave them my list of repairs and things I needed done in my apartment. It is now the end of July and they are still not done! All I get is it’s not an emergency! I’m at my wits end with this nasty 🤢 apartment complex. Me and my husband had plans on renewing if new management would professionally address our black mold issues. Even after calling Code Enforcement my toilet is still up on wooden planks, bathroom floor contains moldy rotten wood, and plenty of black mold sprinkled around walls and under carpet. Where do I begin!!! I’ve had no electricity throughout my apartment only in 1 bedroom/kitchen for almost two weeks. Had to find a number to call the office because there under new management and had no phones!
