My mother lived at Garden Pointe for over 15 years and when she moved out they charged her $120 cleaning fees, knowing full well they was going to have to paint, replace carpet and appliances anyway. We also cleaned up the place pretty good. I don't think they should take advantage of elderly people like that, I don't think she should have to pay that fee.
