Where do I begin!!! I’ve had no electricity throughout my apartment only in 1 bedroom/kitchen for almost two weeks. Had to find a number to call the office because there under new management and had no phones! No copier didn’t notify us they were under new management and I believe the office was closed is how I found out! They taped signs on the door. The keys don’t work sometimes to enter your building. My mother lived at Garden Pointe for over 15 years and when she moved out they charged her $120 cleaning fees, knowing full well they was going to have to paint, replace carpet and appliances anyway. We also cleaned up the place pretty good. I don't think they should take advantage of elderly people like that, I don't think she should have to pay that fee.
