Visited to fix the recall on my car, dealer fixed it & service was good even though long wait time
I gave dealership 4 because I did receive assistance in the service department the service representatives are pretty courteous. The only issue that is questionable is when I come in for service I am kept standing there waiting for assistance and reps leave me waiting for a while without saying we will be with you shortly.
