Here's the updated pics (someone asked :) ). I still have the same problems, one side of the scar is pretty ugly, and it has bumps on the stitch area (undissolved stich?). It feels hard to the touch. I showed Elisa and she said it can take awhile to heal ( she texted me to check up).... The rippling of my smile line is getting much better - but it's still horribly noticeable and makes me feel horribly conscious when I smile, so I try not to smile as much. My nose is still swollen but they're starting to look like my old nose... read more

I am a 31-year-old, athletic, bi-racial woman. After having two children, my breasts were a deflated 36C. Last year, I had decided to get 440cc, gummy bear implants under the muscle, because I thought it was the only way I could get the volume and perkiness back to my chest. I should have gone to Dr. Horndeski first. Living in Orange County, CA, seeing women with implants is no shock, and I think I was influenced by the idea that "everyone else has them, so why not." After 9 months, I never got use to them and was suffering ... read more

Dr. Horndeski probably has one of the worst bedside manner I have experienced to date. Perhaps I'm just unlucky with surgeons because I keep going to these doctors that are raved on Real Self, but only to have horrible results. He performed a lip lift on be approximately a year ago. He was running behind on the day of my procedure and rushed through my surgery. In the process, there were areas that were not stitched up and I ended up with terrible scarring. To add insult to injury, my nostrils were completely different. It h... read more

Hi guys, Thank you all for your comments and support. I'm going through the worst days of my life and reading your comments really helped. So here is an update.. It's day 5 and stitches are out. I have 3 concerns 1- the thickness of my columella 2- The shape and size of my uneven lips 3- my nostrils and the whole base of my nose. I'm horrified of the fact that I might end up with this face forever. I mean he cut 9mm off from my skin! that would never look good or normal. and again he just told me he'll make my 16mm to a 12mm... read more

Doing well nearly 3 years later. I still wear an underwire bra, mostly out of habit, and I just like the way they fit better. I had a revision of the axillary (side and armpit) area by Dr Placik in Chicago about a year after this procedure. (See my review; I anticipated that I may have needed that based on my anatomy.) Anyway, doing well. There is a large scar at the underside of the breasts, which, if one does not walk around topless, one would never notice. There is also a well healed scar around the areola (nipple area) w... read more

So far recieved twice follow up visits and tomorrow will be the third one.I am already a normal person except for the two draineges aside. Dr H is open minded and easy to understand the problems that I raised. And I am pleased that this time the TT scar has been lowered a lot to achieve a more aesthetic goal. But one thing I regretted,is that I should have insisted on putting the mesh also under the triangle area right below the rib(Though Dr H said several times pre surgery that in this case that I may feel difficult to brea... read more
