I called Munson Heating and AC today for a AC system that was out of commission. My call was answered promptly and professionally. Then the person who answered my call reviewed the problem with my AC unit and scheduled the technician for that afternoon. The Technician arrived on time as promised and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then went to work to repair the problem. Our AC fan motor went bad late one night and they were out the next day! Based on estimates I’d heard, their price was very modest and their technician was super professional and articulate when telling us how to maintain the quality of our AC for the long term. I will be using them to service my system from now on and I’d recommend them to anyone!
