We normally use a small, but wonderful a/c co., but our Dance Studio had no air since Saturday, and the tech had a family medical issue, so he recommended us calling Gary Munson A/C. I talked to Chelsea in the morning, who said they were very busy, but said she promised to TRY and get someone out today. Gary Munson's team provided excellent service while installing a new system in my home. They were meticulous and patient. Great experience.
A/C was failing. Osmond came out twice, tried 2 different workarounds, neither worked. When we needed new unit, Munson credited us the 2 parts Osmond had put in. And they installed the new unit the day after I ordered. Can't beat that. Highly recommend!
Munson's staff was Prompt very friendly and professional. The owner Gary and his son Aj Munson were quick to answer my phone calls and respond to any questions or concerns, making the experience of installing a new A/C system a lot less stressful. I totally recommend Munson Heating and A/C for anyone looking for a new heating and air conditioner system. They offer the best warranty any company I have ever dealt with.
