Second home I have done with Gary. He took my challenging situation and closed our VA loan in record speed. He was actually ready for us to close before we were! Him and his team are fantastic.
Gary helped me refinance my home in 2009 and it was pain free. We are in the process of building a retirement home and he was most helpful in advising us of the process in obtaining a construction loan and how the mortgage would be set up after the construction process was completed. I highly recommend his expertise to make your mortgage experience a lot easier!
