I have used Gary as my mortgage professional for my last three home purchases. I purchased the last two homes after I moved to a different city and Gary handled them just as flawlessly as the first home. He even went above and beyond what I would expect from a mortgage professional in getting my last two done under extremely short time lines and the team he has working with him is excellent. Third house I have bought. The best experience yet. Excellent! Would refer MIG to anyone looking for lender .Very prompt and courteous service. The loan process, credit check, appraisal went through very swiftly indeed. Closing of escrow was under the thirty day time limit.
