I never knew i was allowed to pick my own lender when buying a home. Id never done this before ( bought a home). But, Gary acted and treated my husband and i like we should have known what to do and all of the steps taken in home buying. If i knew i could, i would have fired him from the moment I first spoke with him. He put his small jobs( faxing, paperwork, etc.)off on other people to take care of. That is fine.
