Donna in Wayne has incredible wine knowledge. She's never disappointed me.
No one even asked if I needed help. When at check out she didn’t ask if I found everything. Which by the way I didn’t. Usually when in Gary’s very helpful. Not this time. I can go locally
Shopping at Gary's is always a pleasant experience. The store carries an enormous selection of wines in every price range. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always available. Gary's also has an extensive cheese and specialty foods section as well as fresh artisan breads. The prices at Gary's are competitive, with some items regularly offered at substantial discounts to competitor prices. Gary's has very convenient hours and check-out is almost always quick.

So I found Gary’s thru wine searcher because I was looking for a specific product (Roederer Anderson Valley Estate Brut in mags). The price I found looked to good to be true and when I got around to calling the price had gone up by about $7 a bottle. The woman I spoke to said that she only had one left and I asked for it to be brought up front to make check out easier. When I got there no mag up front. I ordered a case of various wines and there was a wrong bottle of wine included in my order. I paid for a bottle that cost ~$70 and a $52 bottle of the same producer was included (different variety but same producer). i spoke to Sarah and she is sending me the correct bottle and i have paid for the incorrect bottle that was sent rather than send it back.
Your entire staff was incredibly patient & helpful while I was wine shopping.
