For gift basket delivery: Wendy was great, really terrific. For some reason the delivery did not make either the morning or afternoon routes, and even after she went home she was tracking it until it was delivered at 645p. She was texting me from home real-time, and even offered to call the recipient since they did not know a package had been delivered. Delivery snafus were offset by her attentiveness and helpful personality. Well done by her!

This would have been 3 star shopping experience: - order wasn't ready at time requested - no notification about delay in processing - pickup experience was so-so But, because of dark times, I don't care. They did their job, couple days late, who cares? I have enough of alcohol not to care about this. :)
