Easy to deal with
I accidentally ordered 4 bottles of wine from the Wayne Gary's. I meant to order from Madison. They couldn't have been nicer and helped me fix my issue right away. Thanks Gary's!!!

Ordering with the app is easy; I like being able to pull up previous orders; and pickup was efficient and fast.
Donna was terrific in providing not only wine recommendations in my price range, but also provided the “why” which was very educational.
I am a long time customer at the Wayne store. Gary's has an excellent selection of wine and beer. Always I have been asked if I need assistance by the staff. However, the standout of the establishment is the gourmet (deli) department. Ruby, Natasha and John have consistently provided outstanding customer service, with a smile and pleasant conversation. Their knowledge of and skill in preparing my order is unsurpassed.

found the bottle I wanted
My gift was wrapped beautifully and delivered to the correct address, but it was delivered 3 days early and not when I had specified for it to be delivered. It was very lucky that the recipient was home from work for her lunch break, otherwise, it would have been out on a busy street in the heat.
