My order was delivered promptly and. Correctly!
I am generally Vera satisfied with this store. The folks working here are really very professional and attentive. However, I live about 30 miles away, just ordered 3 bottles of French wine pre-arrival and of course I paid for the wines. I received a text that the wine is ready and I drove to the store, and the lady (very pleasant) went all over to look for. When I told her this is pre-arrival then she checks it and said, the wine arrives in Fall 2021!!! The message is wrong. We always sent a message we charged an account. So... read more

You were supposed to call me and let me know when the Elvi’s artichoke/tomato bruschetta arrived. Spoke to the buyer and store manager and No One called. Happened to be in the store and saw about two cases worth were on e shelves. Not good customer service!
Easy to deal with
I accidentally ordered 4 bottles of wine from the Wayne Gary's. I meant to order from Madison. They couldn't have been nicer and helped me fix my issue right away. Thanks Gary's!!!
Well stocked, clean store. Helpful staff! The only place we buy wine.
Ordering with the app is easy; I like being able to pull up previous orders; and pickup was efficient and fast.
Donna was terrific in providing not only wine recommendations in my price range, but also provided the “why” which was very educational.
