I worked with Team Gavin and it was a great experience. my loan officer was very friendly and patient with me, and I had a ton of questions! I happened to purchase during the Covid-19 pandemic, so it was a tumultuous time. They made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way and was well informed. I would highly recommend Team Gavin!

This was our fourth time buying a home so far and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. The loan officer and staff were not only professional but made us feel comfortable with talking to her while answering all of our questions like a friend. The whole Team Gavin was so nice and helpful we are truly thankful! And we finally got our dream ranch home!

We worked with Team Gavin on our refinance. We had some challenges that we ran into but they were very helpful and communicative throughout the process. We received a great rate. I'm self employed so the docs needed can be challenging but it was a simple, smooth process. We would highly recommend Team Gavin!

I have now used this team for 2 home purchases and a refinance. For the last two transactions I have worked with them and always completely courteous and helpful. I feel they have always had my best interest at heart, is available to talk to at the drop of a hat and spends as much time as need to explore all options.
