We just did our refi with Team Gavin, and it was a great experience as usual with them. We had used them originally when we first bought our house. They are always able to answer our questions and always got back to us right away if they didn't have the answer at the time we asked. We are first time home buyers and were referred to Team Gavin by our real estate agent. The complete loan process went smooth from getting pre-qualified all the way to closing. The team was always available for us explaining our options and getting things moving. We had a short notice for closing and they did very well to pull it through.

This is the second time I use Gavin for my real estate financing needs. My deal was super tough to structure because We had to refi another property in order to qualify for this new loan but they came through again! Going with Team Gavin at Citywide Home Loans in Denver for my home loan was one of the best decisions I made with my home buying process! Working with Team Gavin was a great experience. This was our first time buying a house and they made sure we understood the process and were quick to respond to any questions we had. Yes, at times I felt like I was needing to hand over my firstborn with what was expected on our paperwork but to get the home you want "Team Gavin" sure knew exactly how and what to do to make that happen!
