As a first time home buyer it can be scary and challenging, but Team Gavin was upfront and explained the process from start to finish. They were able to keep me informed from step 1 all the way until the end. Each and every associate was knowledgeable and I could tell that my new house was a priority to them. They were always available whenever I had questions.

Going with Team Gavin at Citywide Home Loans in Denver for my home loan was one of the best decisions I made with my home buying process! This is the second time I use Gavin for my real estate financing needs. My deal was super tough to structure because We had to refi another property in order to qualify for this new loan but they came through again! We are first time home buyers and were referred to Team Gavin by our real estate agent. The complete loan process went smooth from getting pre-qualified all the way to closing. The team was always available for us explaining our options and getting things moving. We had a short notice for closing and they did very well to pull it through.

Team Gavin was amazing! This was my first time purchasing home, and as a result I was new to most of the loan-applying process. I literally had hundreds of questions every step of the way, and each time I was given a thorough explanation. We just did our refi with Team Gavin, and it was a great experience as usual with them. We had used them originally when we first bought our house.
