This is my the second time working with Gavin and his team. I worked with Rachel Sena, and Gavin this time who both are very helpful and knowledgeable. I feel that Gavin and his team go the extra mile to help the customer. The loan was processed quickly and easily. I Would gladly recommend to anyone needing purchasing a home or refinancing. This is the 3rd time I have used Gavin Ekstrom as a lender. I’m always incredibly grateful and appreciative of the customer service we receive. Team Gavin, and Rachel, helped us to refinance our home at a much better rate. It all went pretty quick and we ended up going with them after shopping around. Glad we did this again.

My husband and I worked with Margarita Offerman on our home loan. She is EXCELLENT. It really could not have been a smoother process. Margarita communicated with us often, but also efficiently, so I didn't feel like I was constantly fielding a ton of emails. If she needed something, or multiple somethings, she sent all of the information at one time and in one email. If we had questions, she took the time to answer them in detail. Gavin's team worked extremely fast to help us close on our new home, given only a few weeks notice. They were very responsive, and also helped manage issues with the sellers and their unresponsive agent. We will definitely use them again for future refinance/purchase.

Easy to work with great communication. very smooth transaction. All I had to do was get them the documents and pick out a home.. the worked with the AZ title company and we closed easily and timely.

Prior to CrossCountry I went to three other lenders. I was only approved for up to 215K which in the Vegas market is not much and/or given crazy, almost predatory rates. I came across CrossCountry after we looked at an LGI home. CrossCountry was the preferred lender. I will say that as a first time home buyer I was pretty "needy."
