Professional, timely, calm and incredibly smooth process. Whether you want to re-finance or buy this is the company to go with. Great communications the entire way. Learned a few things from the amazing Staff he has! Great office building new, clean, and compliments to whomever had beverages and snacks there for early morning closings !! Will use them again which would be our third time when needed in our future

My loan first started with the builder and was later transferred and handled by CrossCountry. There are many Mortgage companies out there, and even more loan officers; working with Tabatha at CrossCountry Mortgage is what made it a great experience. Professional, supportive, responsive! Team Gavin and specifically Natalie who was our loan processor were great! Natalie is professional, knowledgeable and has a great personality. She communicated with us outside of business hours several times. Application to close in under 30 days. All 'paperwork' was done online or via text and email. Highly recommend!!
