Wow! Wow! Wow! I have worked with a few lenders over the years and in a variety of states, and this was by far the best mortgage experience I have ever had. Team Gavin agents are amazing professionals who not only do an excellent job but they care about their customers. Every question I had was answered. Someone from the team was always available, even on weekends. I would recommend this team of professionals without hesitation.

Biggest THANK YOU to Team Gavin, especially to Rachel and Michael for all their help to make my refinance process so efficiently and smoothly. I've worked with Gavin and his team for 3 different mortgages and every time has been great. However, the most recent mortgage in October of 2021 was the best experience we've had. Gavin and his team were transparent, efficient, and insanely available. He has certainly mastered the customer experience.
