The transition from renter to homeowner was so smooth working with Cross Country. Gavin and his team took excellent care of us. I've never been to Denver, but the representative here named Gina was a breath of fresh air. Unlike most high-pressure managers. Together they destressed and orchestrated a smooth loan process. Taking great care of us since day one. I'm looking forward to having many more positive experiences in the future with Cross Country.
