I was referred to Gail by the USDA folks and Gail was extremely nice, responsive and professional until she found out all I wanted was a USDA rural development loan. During the pre-qualification process, Gail pushed for me to get pre-qualified for "all the different loans" And her vague reasoning was " Why not see if you qualify for a better loan?" How is coming up with 20% down over a zero down loan A better loan for someone like me who qualifies for the rural development loan and doesn't necessarily have 20% to put down? I... read more
