Nate C was very informative about the opener. Friendly and not pushy. We bought the lift master. He did a great job installing and testing all the openers including the key pad and phone app. I highly recommend them!

They responded promptly when my garage door stopped working and had it fixed by the next day. They were efficient and cleaned up when they were done. It required a new opener only so they didn’t try to upsell.

This was the second time I've used Bay Area Overhead Door. I was pleased with their service 10 years ago, and very pleased after this latest installation. After having Paul come out and give an initial estimate, I went to their store to discuss options with Jordan (who was great, but no longer there.) She helped me decide on the best model and color.
