Turned out I still needed service and it was scheduled quickly, the repair person arrived on time and resolved the issue quickly. He was also very helpful with suggestions for maintenance. RecommendedI am very pleased with the high lift conversion they did on my small garage. I needed the extra 10 inches of space desperately in my garage which is a martial arts studio and the installers of the new garage doors hired by the Home owners association wouldn’t even consider taking on a job like that but I called bay area overhead door and they did a great job. My martial art space is now usable again! Many thanks.
