RecommendedThis was the second time I've used Bay Area Overhead Door. I was pleased with their service 10 years ago, and very pleased after this latest installation. After having Paul come out and give an initial estimate, I went to their store to discuss options with Jordan (who was great, but no longer there.) She helped me decide on the best model and color. RecommendedCall to have snapped torsion spring replaced. The lady on the phone was very nice. She was able to get a tech out to us within 45min. James was very polite and knowledgeable. Finished in an hour and gave tips on how to keep my garage door tuned. Price was also very reasonable.
RecommendedPut off fixing my garage door, since original to the house I did not what to change to a current design. Glad I called BAODC, their depth of experience allowed then to fix the original door with a state of the art opener. Works better than ever, so happy I used their expert services.
