Call to have snapped torsion spring replaced. The lady on the phone was very nice. She was able to get a tech out to us within 45min. James was very polite and knowledgeable. Finished in an hour and gave tips on how to keep my garage door tuned. Price was also very reasonable.
Put off fixing my garage door, since original to the house I did not what to change to a current design. Glad I called BAODC, their depth of experience allowed then to fix the original door with a state of the art opener. Works better than ever, so happy I used their expert services.

Great company. When I called for service, the person answering helped me troubleshoot what might be wrong with my door in an effort to avoid a service call. Turned out I still needed service and it was scheduled quickly, the repair person arrived on time and resolved the issue quickly. He was also very helpful with suggestions for maintenance. I highly recommend.
