After having Paul come out and give an initial estimate, I went to their store to discuss options with Jordan (who was great, but no longer there.) She helped me decide on the best model and color. RecommendedCall to have snapped torsion spring replaced. The lady on the phone was very nice. She was able to get a tech out to us within 45min. James was very polite and knowledgeable. Finished in an hour and gave tips on how to keep my garage door tuned. Price was also very reasonable.

RecommendedGreat company. When I called for service, the person answering helped me troubleshoot what might be wrong with my door in an effort to avoid a service call. Turned out I still needed service and it was scheduled quickly, the repair person arrived on time and resolved the issue quickly. He was also very helpful with suggestions for maintenance. I highly recommend.
