RecommendedNick was great to work with. First time buying a home on my own and he was so helpful. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
RecommendedI bought and sold with Gem State Realty. Thanks Diana Whitney.
RecommendedGem State was great to work with! They were responsive to my requests and worked around my schedule to help me find my dream home!
RecommendedJohn and Terri Tolk were friendly and helpful with selling our house and with buying a different home. We would definitely use them again

RecommendedI was from out of state (CA). With my agents (Jose Alvarez) help I found the house I wanted in only a few days. Jose did a good job of asking questions and listening to what I was looking for. I then went back home and relied on Jose to take care of everything. We communicated often and were able to get the deal done without any delay on our part. Jose was on top of all of the details. It was a pleasure working with Jose and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
RecommendedAbsolutely amazing thorough quality help and inspections. A special quality man. Merry Christmas Anna and Walt.
