Susan o'toole was amazing. She was thorough in helping through the process to get our house on the market. Hosted open houses back to back and was able to sell our home in the middle of winter in 2 weeks. She also helped us get into our dream home and kept very patient with all of our requests going above and beyond to make sure that everything was done including working with us and the previous homeowners to get our carpets cleaned before we moved in.
1st time buying a home and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dave Alonzo killed it.
