Our realtor, Shellien was very helpful and did everything she possibly could to find us a home. We had some problems but none of the problems where her fault. We are in our new home now and very happy with it. She was always on hand to help with the procedure!! Thanks again Shellien, you are truly a Gem.

We bought our home from Ron Castro and when it came time to move we were thrilled for the chance to get to work with Ron again. Ron helped us pick a great home that was also a good investment. When we were ready to sell, our home had appreciated well and it sold within a week. You will not find a better realtor ANYWHERE. Period. There is no one who cares more about their clients than Ron. He goes above and beyond to help every step of the way.

Ron was a WONDERFUL agent. Hands down one of the best agents I've ever dealt with. He made sure we were comfortable and well versed in everything we did. He constantly checked in on us through the long process of waiting for our house to be built. He was great about talking to the sellers and making sure we got what we asked for. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor when buying our house. He made the process so easy and we are so pleased with the outcome. We've dealt with less than stellar real estate agents before and he was definitely a breath of fresh air, only showing us things that were within our price range and keeping tabs on everything making sure we were completely satisfied.

Traveling from California we found Gem state purely by luck, from the moment we met Ron on Dec 30 2019 we have has nothing but true professionalism from him, helped us find the perfect house, escrow is done and cant wait to enjoy our new place. I had a great time looking at houses and finding the perfect house that fit my family perfect. Great size and all the things we wanted the house to come with.
