I was not expecting the quick, easy, courteous, and friendly service I had applying for a loan. Caryn was so prompt with responding and assisting with everything. I could not give a better review!!!

Currently I have a car loan with Genisy for a 2012 as is truck Im paying 1000 a month they keep going up on my premium smh I cant wait to get out of this contract how do I suppose to take care of my other bills and my child

I have been waiting 24.38 minutes to talk with someone at this bank, DO NOT ever enroll @ this bank, you can never talk with an associate!

It looks so unprofessional to have employees in your members service to wear tight jeans, hoodies and flip flops to work.   Call me old fashion but this is a bank.   What happened to looking professional?

I've been with this company for many.......many........years. I'm second generation. My daughter was third generation. They screwed her over and she left, now I'm on the way out. With every change in name it gets worse. Huge overdraft fees, no protection, near impossible to get a loan. They won't release my direct deposits into my account before my bills hit and they blame it on my payroll company. It's not. Others with different banking institutions actually get their deposits TWO Days EARLY. Time to cut ties.

If you like doing business with a bank that will have your back on a credit card dispute, this is NOT the bank you want to do business with. I have waited over 3 weeks and Kaitlyn Hernandez has not even filed my dispute after several emails she continues you ask more questions that all should have been asked the first day I made my claim with her and Genisys Credit Union. Any other credit card company I have used over the years, Pay Pal, Discover, Visa all return the funds to my account that same day so I have now had to f... read more

I was able to open a loan without having to go to a location back in 2018. In 2021 I was told I had to drive hours to a location to close the loan. I could not do it remotely.

Customer service from Janelle was unacceptable. Manager Tracy did not want to own up to her staff bad customer service and not returning my call as promised with me waiting at the service center for 40 minutes! Assuming something was taken care of.The mgrs and staff need better training!
