Customer service from Janelle was unacceptable. Manager Tracy did not want to own up to her staff bad customer service and not returning my call as promised with me waiting at the service center for 40 minutes! Assuming something was taken care of.The mgrs and staff need better training!

Threatened to FORECLOSE our Home on 4/7/2020 Today i spoke with a lady named Amy from the branch on M24 and Siverbell. She had spoken to my wife prior regarding 2 payments behind we were on our Heloc Loan (Total $575.00 Owed) My wife informed her that we have both been laid off due to the COVID19 Quarantine, and she replied by stating that if we couldnt pay by Friday April 10, 2020 that they were going to Foreclose on our home?
