Mom had an excellent experience. Very happy. The denturist was AWESOME. His name is Dr. Shannon. We Will recommend him to everyone we know. He is the best. The receptionist was also very nice and comforting and helpful.
Feb. 11th I came into the office for a root canal w Endodontist Steven Morales. After root canal an xray was taken. Then he proceeded to put a filling in the same tooth, & again took an xray. My doc. prescribed 5mg valium for the appt. on account of my anxiety. I didn't ask to see the work In a mirror, I went home for a nap. When I awoke I looked in the mirror & noticed the tooth had a prominent crack in it, as well as a cut made in the tooth next to it. Exceptional staff, with the most welcoming atmosphere. I have not had positive experiences in many other dental offices. It fact mostly the opposite. Causing fear and anxiety about going. Never at Gentle Dental. My Hygienist is the absolute best. Makes me feel the most comfortable and just a dream to come and see. I actually enjoy going and getting my teeth cleaned because of her and the staff. Thank you for taking such amazing care of me.
I'm giving it 5 stars based on my experiences with the dental technician and admin staff alone. I have had the same tech every time for the past few years, and she is great! The admin staff is also always friendly and gets me checked in quickly. I've never had any problems with anyone here. I haven't actually interacted with the current dentist hardly at all yet, so I can't speak to her ability/manner. But the one quick interaction and check of my teeth we did have was good and she seemed nice.
I have went to gentle dental for over five years. I went to the gentle dental on 1680 Chambers and they have the most compassionate caring dentist. I need dentures and I moved over to Coburg location because the person doing dentures retired at the chambers location. The Personnel at the Coburg location 440 Coburg Rd are equally outstanding and I can’t recommend gentle dental enough. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed
