I have went to gentle dental for over five years. I went to the gentle dental on 1680 Chambers and they have the most compassionate caring dentist. I need dentures and I moved over to Coburg location because the person doing dentures retired at the chambers location. The Personnel at the Coburg location 440 Coburg Rd are equally outstanding and I can’t recommend gentle dental enough. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed
Exceptional staff, with the most welcoming atmosphere. I have not had positive experiences in many other dental offices. It fact mostly the opposite. Causing fear and anxiety about going. Never at Gentle Dental. My Hygienist is the absolute best. Makes me feel the most comfortable and just a dream to come and see. I actually enjoy going and getting my teeth cleaned because of her and the staff. Thank you for taking such amazing care of me.
I'm giving it 5 stars based on my experiences with the dental technician and admin staff alone. I have had the same tech every time for the past few years, and she is great! The admin staff is also always friendly and gets me checked in quickly. I've never had any problems with anyone here. I haven't actually interacted with the current dentist hardly at all yet, so I can't speak to her ability/manner. But the one quick interaction and check of my teeth we did have was good and she seemed nice.
Had crown work completed Oct 2022 and within a year my crown fell off and when I called to get it recemented they told me my dentist was gone and they didn’t take my insurance anymore. I’ve had no success with getting my tooth recemented in other offices due to the ill-fit so it continues to fall off after a few months (too tall) and this dentist office wouldn’t remake/refund or credit any portion of my cost to remake it there or somewhere else. Beth, the dental hygienist is an absolute gem. She has phenomenal bedside manner and is full of compassion. I highly recommend requesting her, if you can. She talked with me about my concerns and truly heard me and understood me with no judgements. If you have cleaning apprehension and your nerves just take control, she will absolutely treat you with kindness and respect to your personal agency.
