Dr. Thayer is a very skilled dentist; highly personable, and has proved very effective dealing with a patient's Low Pain Threshold (LPT). LPT means that dental work begins after the usual shots, then must stop for added injections, followed by a pause for anesthetic to work. LPT dental work usually requires ~2x as long. as regular appointment. Fortunately Dr. Theyer is unusually good in giving shots. He has a skilled office staff too.

Dr Jeff Thayer is a wonderful dentist! He listens, he's patient and doesn't rush, he's friendly, he cares about his patients and does everything he can for you! Thank you Dr Thayer. I'm happy to be your patient and I highly recommend you.

Fantastic experience with the Hygienist, EJ. Dr.Jeff was great too. I love going to the office, so does my 8 year old ! Front desk knows their stuff and is super efficient. The whole office is fun and friendly, fit for your entire family.

I've put off going to the dentist for long enough that I had some significant cavities that needed attention. From the beginning the dental assistant Jenne and Dr. Thayer were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They made me feel very relaxed throughout the entire process and I appreciated Dr. Thayer explained each step and took the time to make sure I was completely numb before starting. The entire staff at Gentle Dental in Eugene, Oregon are amongst the best group of dental professionals, ever. The Periodontist, Dr. Makkattil is a gem; caring, kind, patient, respectful, and knowledgeable--the procedure was smooth, painless, and quick. I've been seeing Dr. Bergeson for a couple years now and have had excellent care. The office staff is profession and friendly and all that you could ask for. I have had various hygienists and they have all been impressive. And if you don't happen to have dental insurance, go with the Gentle Dental Plan. Great deal!!

Dr. Wang and his staff at Gentle Dental Coburg are all very professional, caring, and do an excellent job. I had to get 5 teeth pulled! Dr Wang and his assistant made me feel cared for and the whole process was very professional, clean, and efficient. I drive an hour and half to see Dr. Wang and I am very happy to do so. I don't usually do reviews, but I've been very impressed by how nice and considerate everyone at Gentle Dental has been. I went to get a filling with Dr. Wong and aside from being made very comfortable by the dental assistant with pillows and a blanket, Dr. Wong was very cautious and considerate of my comfort level and efficient in his technique. I've had no residual pain. It was truly a gentle dental experience.

Becca is my hygienist. She's fast and efficient. She's pleasant, composed and has miles of smiles. Dr. Wang, Julie and Melissa are also part of the team who cared for me today. They have attitudes and characteristics quite similar to Becca's.
